The hotel's large garden area proved acceptable for dog walks.
The bathroom tap sprayed water. The toilet flush malfunctioned. It continued running for an extended period after flushing. There was also a noticeable stain on the carpet, detracting from the overall cleanliness.

the hotel had many good facilities. peebles town was very nice. there was lots for children do. i did like the breakfast a great deal. the staff are friendly.

The breakfast had everything i needed. i definitely did not need lunch. the pool and leisure facilities are top notch. The temperature was just right. the hotel caters to mountain bikers, and there's easy access to glentress.

mixed feelings about this hotel
clean poolfaulty plugsno temperature control
the pool was quite nice. it seemed clean.
The room was a letdown. there was no temperature control. I could only adjust the radiator. bathroom plugs didn't work properly. The basin plug didn't hold water, and the bath plug wouldn't open. i found it frustrating.
