Peebles Hydro, Peebles

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the views from my room were stunning, the service was frustratingly slow. The dining options left much to be desired, and my upgraded room did not meet my expectations. Overall, it was an okay stay but not one I'm eager to repeat.

I had a wonderful stay at Peebles Hydro, where the combination of excellent spa facilities and attentive management made my experience truly enjoyable. While the dining options were generally good, a couple of dishes fell short, leading to a slight disappointment. The rooms were spacious and recently refurbished, giving a modern touch to the old charm of the hotel. I found great value for money overall, but some areas could still use improvement.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere and beautiful grounds, offering a lovely backdrop for relaxation. However, the management needs to address the inconsistency in room quality and dining options to enhance the overall guest experience. While some amenities were enjoyable, the service seemed lacking at times, especially during peak hours.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the unique gin experience and the stunning views. The staff was attentive and engaging, making the overall atmosphere enjoyable. However, the dining options could improve, particularly with our experience with dinner. Also, some noise disturbances did impact our relaxation.
